Qualifications

• Customer service or medical office experience required.
• Strong computer and scheduling system skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Medspa or medical office experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with professionalism and genuine connection.
• Manage check-in, scheduling, and check-out accurately.
• Support patients with clear communication and guidance.
• Process payments and explain service options.
• Maintain a polished, organized office environment.
• Assist with office coordination and administrative tasks.
• Flag operational or building concerns to leadership.
