Job summary

NAKED MD is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to act as the air traffic controller of our studio, ensuring flawless patient experience and seamless operations. You will build the runway for providers to perform, maintain inventory, and support front-desk tasks to keep the studio running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are ready to grow in aesthetics, bring integrity and heart to service, and commit to Friday and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

Inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking are exact sciences.

Responsibilities

Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you.
