Job summary

NAKED MD is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of the studio, ensuring flawless patient experiences. Youll prepare procedure trays, manage inventory, and keep rooms pristine while supporting front desk tasks as needed.

This full-time role requires reliability, a calm demeanor, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced aesthetic setting. Friday and Saturday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Calm, kind presence in fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
• Reliability, compassion, and a genuine team-first attitude.
• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus; willingness to learn counts.
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before theyre needed.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a consistent standard across shifts.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
• Uphold patients dignity and right to exceptional care.
• Support front desk and concierge experience as needed — check patients in/out and room patients.
