AbbVie is seeking a Field Training Manager (FTM) to train Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers. You will align with the Director of Field Training Management and Senior National Training Managers to deliver advanced product messaging and training across assigned Area geographies.

The role includes onboarding, field co-travels, and supporting new-hire development, with travel up to 75% and collaboration with Area and Regional Sales Leaders

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; health care/pharma knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years field sales experience in the device industry; surgical experience preferred.
• 2+ years sales training experience preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding and coach new hires across the Area.
• Deliver field training and participate in Field Co-Travels with trainees.
• Provide coaching, written follow-up, and schedule follow-up calls with managers.
• Identify learning gaps and coordinate training resources and personnel.
