Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional recruiting experience in the technical staffing industry.
• Comfortable cold calling candidates.
• Hands-on leadership/mentorship experience.
• Drive and determination for a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work beyond standard business hours.
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Strong problem solving and team-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor recruiting team; lead by example.
• Interview, negotiate with, and deploy technical consultants onto projects.
• Draft, revise, and submit proposals of candidates to our clients.
• Direct recruiting efforts through strategic initiatives and collaboration with adjacent teams.
• Lead hands-on client correspondence to drive executive decision-making and ensure consultants get deployed.
• Develop KPIs for recruiting team and drive adherence to processes.
