• Experience in an agency recruiting or staffing environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage recruiting process and strategy for multiple internal roles.
• Create, revise, and manage internal job postings and process all applications.
• Support internal hiring activities, including offer letters, background checks, and benefits administration.
