Job summary

Enterprise Peak, a contract engineering firm, seeks a Technical Recruiter for its Northbrook, IL office with a fast-paced, full-desk rotation program. Initial on-site work, transition to hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Role focuses on identifying top technical consultants, interviewing, negotiating, and placing them on client projects, while learning our recruiting tech platform. Experience in agency recruiting and technical staffing is required; beauty of the role includes business

Qualifications

A Technical Recruiter with professional experience in agency recruiting & technical staffing. You enjoy the fulfillment of closing deals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You are someone who enjoys connecting the right people to the right projects and can follow outlined expectations. You’re excited about the opportunity to participate in a Full-Desk rotational program, focused on giving you the knowledge needed to grow into a fully versed team member.

Compensation Package:

• Benefits: 4 weeks of time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), commuter benefits, monthly phone stipend, and free in-building gym
• Hybrid schedule: Onsite until your first placement, then transition to 3 days in-office / 2 days work-from-home

This role is part of a Full-Desk rotational program, focused on giving you the knowledge needed to grow into a fully versed team member. You will be trained in essential skills including recruiting, business development, and account management.

This will start as an on-site role based out of our office and can eventually move to a hybrid schedule of 2 remote days per week. OTE: $50,000 - $120,000
