Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Production to scale the groups building our spacecraft.

You’ll partner with Talent, Engineering, and Production leaders to understand priorities, source exceptional candidates, and own the full recruiting process from start to finish. This fast-paced role requires strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, deep knowledge of aerospace engineering roles, and the ability to evaluate

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of aerospace industry trends, engineering roles, and technical skill sets
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
• Experience managing various pipelines of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process
• Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques
• Strong initiative and drive to select the best talent and build an exceptional team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and hire high-quality candidates for engineering and other roles
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
• Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership
• Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers and leadership
• Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process
• Manage application and interview data, ensuring all communications and information are accurately tracked within our systems
