Job summary

EmergencyMD in California is seeking an Aerospace Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by sourcing customer RFQs and preparing competitive quotations. You will coordinate with procurement and other internal teams to ensure timely responses and accurate quotations using the ERP system.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or 3–4 years of aerospace sales experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or 3–4 years of aerospace sales experience.
• Experience in aerospace brokering, MRO, or aerospace trading preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Basic math skills including percentages, margins, and markups.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate daily assignments from the Sales Manager, including RFQs and follow-ups.
• Source RFQ line items using company resources like database history and industry tools.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Expeditors, and Sales Coordinators for timely quotes and orders.
• Generate and submit accurate customer quotations using the ERP system by day end.
• Resolve issues related to rejected items, stock shortages, lead times, and pricing.
