Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Bid Support Specialist to manage RFQs, coordinate communications, and ensure timely, accurate bid packages. You will work with the Proposal Coordinator and bidding team to develop high-quality proposals tailored to customer specifications.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting various aerospace and defense programs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in business, accounting, or engineering.
• Read and interpret wire and circuit card drawings.
• LEAN concepts and high-volume manufacturing familiarity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Record all customer RFQs and updates promptly.
• Review RFQ packages (SOW, Parts List, drawings, specs).
• Communicate RFQ summaries to internal stakeholders for bid decisions.
• Answer questions from internal colleagues regarding RFQ status.
• Submit completed bid packages on time per RFQ deadlines.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external customers.
• Escalate questions regarding engineering packages to the Proposal Coordinator.
• Collaborate with bidding group to reach bid/no bid decisions.
