Ascent Aerospace in Kentucky is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to manage RFQ intake, assemble quoting packages, and drive timely quotes for aerospace tooling projects. You will coordinate with estimators and internal teams, ensuring clear data flow and accurate quotes for customers.

The role requires strong organization, multi-tasking, and professional communication under pressure, with ITAR compliance embedded in daily work. Local on-site work with potential site travel for quote activities.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
2+ years in quoting, proposal coordination, customer service, or admin support in manufacturing/technical environment.
Ability to manage multiple RFQs and deadlines with attention to detail.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
U.S. person for ITAR/export control compliance.

Responsibilities

Access customer portals to retrieve RFQs and submit quotes.
Prepare quoting package and share with estimating team.
Break down RFQs to determine required documents and data.
Contact customers for missing information and follow up.
Maintain Quote Central records and update quote data.
Interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams for clarifications and updates.
