Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience with Quantum is helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret general business publications, procedures or regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other materials for sales meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with marketing to align materials with sales objectives.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Maintain customer and sales data in CRM.
• Generate reports on sales performance and forecasts.
• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Maintain calendars and correspondence for sales reps.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
