360 Recruiter Accelerator in California seeks a Sales Manager to own revenue growth, win new programs, and expand accounts. You will manage the full cycle from RFQ to PO, coordinating with Quoting, Contracts, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep prospecting and relationship-building skills, with 5+ years in aerospace or defense sales. Travel up to 25% domestically, and some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or account management in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• RFQ, LTA, and OEM portal experience.
• Familiar with MS/NAS/AS part standards.
• Travel up to 25% domestically, some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new accounts with airframe OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, distributors, and MRO customers.
• Maintain key accounts, resolve escalated issues, and negotiate long-term supply contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, LTAs, terms, and change orders within approval limits.
• Track pipeline, analyze market trends, forecast revenue, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with shop, estimators, and engineers on quotes and manufacturing feasibility.
• Ensure ITAR/EAR compliance and protect customer information.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales or customer service staff.
• Share market and competitor intelligence with leadership.
