Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to own the RFQ process end‑to‑end, coordinating between suppliers, customers, and internal teams. You will support expeditious quotes for internal customers and stakeholders, ensuring traceability and compliance with ITAR and aerospace terminology.

You will manage high‑volume procurement activities, maintain ERP data, and drive supplier performance improvements, contributing to a mission‑critical supply chain in a global aerospace

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement - aerospace/MRO/defense experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of ILS, Haystack, and NSN databases; comfort with aviation terminology and ITAR/repair exemptions.
• A track record of managing high‑volume workloads without dropping the ball.
• Sharp Excel and Microsoft Office skills; Quantum ERP/MRP experience a plus.
• Clear, confident communicator - internally and with external suppliers.
• High school diploma required; Associate degree and supply chain certification (APICS or similar) a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the RFQ process end‑to‑end from quote request to purchase order close‑out.
• Review shop teardown reports and understand customer flow down requirements.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance metrics.
• Maintain 24‑hour RFQ turn‑around time and close aging RFQs.
• Coordinate procurement for parts and services for AllClear Repair Services.
• Deliver weekly status and revenue projections to stakeholders.
• Update ERP with purchase order status and trace documentation.
