Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS seeks a Quality Assurance lead to support advanced aerospace manufacturing processes. This role ensures product compliance and supports customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with significant experience in Manufacturing and Quality, be able to travel occasionally, and possess U.S. Person status for sensitive technology access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 5 years of experience in Manufacturing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Manufacturing Quality.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (5-10%).
• Must qualify as U.S. Person for access to export-controlled technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner and POC for Quality Assurance aspects.
• Support customer meetings and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate reviews of product conformity.
• Facilitate root cause analysis.
• Prepare concession packages according to program requirements.

Skills

Aerospace manufacturing experience

Quality experience (ISO 9000, AS 9100, AS 9145)

Lean principles knowledge

Root cause analysis skills

Ability to read specifications

Education

Bachelor's degree or GED with 5+ years experience in Manufacturing
