Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead Quality Engineering functions for assigned programs. You will interact with inspectors, apply AS9100/ISO9001 and Nadcap requirements, and drive corrective actions using RCCA tools.

The role requires a strong communicator with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and statistics. You will support cross-functional teams, manage nonconformances, and participate in training opportunities while contributing to a fast-paced, aerospace manufacturing

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate science, engineering, or engineering technology field with 1 year of manufacturing or production quality experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years in manufacturing or production quality.
Access to export-controlled technology requires U.S. Person status per 22 C.F.R. 120.62.
Ability to interpret AS9100/ISO 9001 and Nadcap requirements.
Experience with RCCA tools and corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

Manage Quality Engineering functions for assigned program(s) or area(s).
Serve as the point of contact for the program to inspectors.
Eliminate process variation and defects through proactive solutions.
Apply root cause analysis and corrective action with RCCA tools.
Support team meetings such as Corrective Action Boards and Quality Engagement Council.
Process nonconformances and related workflows in a timely manner.
Provide training opportunities as they arise.
Coordinate weekly task prioritization aligned to business objectives.
