Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS seeks a Quality Engineer to lead quality functions for assigned programs and serve as the main contact for inspectors. The role emphasizes AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge, RCCA tools, and continuous improvement to eliminate defects.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in science or engineering with QA experience, or a high school diploma with extensive manufacturing QA background. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, or technology with 1+ year in manufacturing or production QA.
• Or a HS Diploma with at least 5 years in manufacturing or production quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality engineering functions for assigned programs.
• Serve as the program contact for inspectors.
• Understand AS9100, ISO 9001 and Nadcap requirements.
