Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in quality management, with at least 10 years in the aerospace sector. Strong leadership and analytical skills are required, along with knowledge of AS9100 standards and CMM programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in quality management within aerospace.
• 10+ years of experience in quality management in the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace standards such as AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and mentor the quality team.
• Oversee quality assurance processes including inspection and validation.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with customers regarding quality-related issues.
• Maintain quality records and prepare performance reports.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations.
• Assist in implementing NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance.
