Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a quality-focused professional to oversee day-to-day quality operations at our Indiana facility. You will translate quality policies into shop floor actions, drive corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality analysis or software testing (manual or automated).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive QMS ownership and compliance.
• Lead site quality team in daily execution.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain.
• Coach quality staff and promote continuous improvement.
