Job summary

Parker Aerospace seeks a Sr Quality Engineer to lead quality performance across multiple value streams, owning QMS execution and audits. The role includes cross-functional leadership on high-performance teams and supplier quality oversight.

Responsible for driving CAPA, PFMEA, SPC, and data-driven improvements, with strong collaboration with operations, engineering, and suppliers. Travel may be required for audits and supplier visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Engineering degree preferred; aerospace or similar industry experience beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex quality issues and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex quality performance issues across value streams and sites.
• Own QMS execution and audits; serve as certified scheme auditor.
• Drive process improvement and risk reduction across processes/products.
