Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sr Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives across value streams. You will own QMS execution, drive PQP deployment, and lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leading MRB/CAPA, APQP/PPAP activities, SPC analysis, and internal/external audits, with potential travel to supplier or customer sites. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong QMS knowledge and auditor experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives.
• MRB/issue disposition authority preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Parker Quality Process (PQP) deployment across site(s).
• Lead the creation or updating of FMEAs, Control Plans, and related documentation.
• Lead MRB activities; disposition nonconforming material and verify CAPA effectiveness.
• Develop and deploy qualification/validation activities (PPAP/FAI).
• Plan and lead internal audits; represent site during external audits.
