Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation's Parker Aerospace division is seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day quality activities at our Indiana site. You will drive QMS compliance, CAPA execution, and continuous improvement with the quality team.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain, mentor staff, and ensure products meet internal and customer requirements while maintaining audits and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of two years of quality analysis experience.
• Experience with software testing, manual or automated.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and QMS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own PQP deployment and site quality processes.
• Execute and maintain the site QMS and audits.
• Lead the quality team and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Manage supplier quality and customer interactions.
