Job summary

Parker Hannifin, a Fortune 250 leader in motion and control technologies, is seeking a Quality leader for the Parker Aerospace facility. You will provide leadership and management of the quality function in compliance with company policies and U.S.

Government regulations, ensuring quality program policies, plans, and requirements are met. In this role you will drive quality planning, supplier quality audits, and corrective actions, coordinate with customers, and advance continuous improvement to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field and 8+ years of progressive experience.
Certification or a professional designation may be required or preferred depending on position requirements.
4+ years of increasing leadership responsibility in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the facility's quality function in accordance with company and U.S. Government regulations.
Define quality requirements at all levels to enable proper planning and verification of compliance; coordinate TQM efforts.
Audit and improve quality systems; manage supplier quality audits and corrective actions.
Interface with customers to provide technical assistance regarding quality systems and products.
Maintain and improve quality assurance for all purchased materials, equipment, parts, and processing.
