Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field and 8+ years of progressive experience.
• Certification or a professional designation may be required or preferred depending on position requirements.
• 4+ years of increasing leadership responsibility in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the facility's quality function in accordance with company and U.S. Government regulations.
• Define quality requirements at all levels to enable proper planning and verification of compliance; coordinate TQM efforts.
• Audit and improve quality systems; manage supplier quality audits and corrective actions.
• Interface with customers to provide technical assistance regarding quality systems and products.
• Maintain and improve quality assurance for all purchased materials, equipment, parts, and processing.
