Job summary

Parker Aerospace, a division of Parker Hannifin, seeks a Quality Operations leader to drive calibration labs, NDT, and process controls. You will implement Lean and Win Strategy to cut waste and improve safety, quality, and efficiency across the value stream.

Responsibilities include directing the quality support teams, standardizing work, and ensuring compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP while mentoring staff and optimizing capacity to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Four or more years of directly related experience.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems (MRP, AS9100/NADCAP).
• Ability to lead Lean initiatives and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Support Teams (gage calibration, electronics standards, hydraulics, metallurgy, NDT, layout).
• Implement Parker Lean system and Win Strategy to improve safety, quality and cost.
• Oversee daily operations to meet production and quality targets.
• Train and coach subordinates; manage scheduling and workload distribution.
• Maintain standard work procedures and improvement boards; ensure regulatory compliance.
