Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality operations within the assigned value stream, ensuring product conformity and regulatory compliance. The role involves supervising inspectors, driving process improvements, and partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to raise overall quality performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• American Society for Quality certification (ASQ) preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, A3, 5 Why, fishbone analysis or similar problem‑solving methods.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, first article inspection, and document control.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems.
• Experience with supplier quality, customer quality, internal auditing, or external audit support.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality operations within the assigned value stream to ensure product conformity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with requirements.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop inspection personnel and other quality staff.
• Coordinate daily inspection activities and support production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor quality performance, nonconformances, scrap, and cost‑of‑quality indicators.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Assist in containment actions and communication of quality concerns to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans, procedures, and control plans.
