Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Naples, FL, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead daily quality operations, supervise inspection personnel, and drive process improvements. You will coordinate with manufacturing, engineering and supply chain to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on quality leadership, data analysis, and experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100. A BS in Engineering and ASQ certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• ASQ certification or equivalent quality credential.
• Experience with structured problem solving and quality tools.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA and control plans.
• Experience supporting ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 or similar standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality operations within the assigned value stream.
• Supervise inspection personnel and maintain quality processes.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits as needed.
