Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp seeks a Quality Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day quality operations at our Indiana facility. You will supervise quality personnel, translate quality policies into shop floor actions, and drive corrective actions to ensure products meet internal standards and customer requirements.

Reporting to the Division Quality Manager, you will coordinate the quality management system, collaborate with customers, field sales, regulatory agencies, and suppliers, and supervise both

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in quality analysis, including software testing (manual or automated).
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives adherence to PQP methodologies and PQP tools.
• Manage site QMS (ISO 9001 or applicable standards) including audits, document control, training, and management review inputs.
• Ensure CAPA processes with timely closure and verification of effectiveness.
• Maintain audit readiness and coordinate responses to internal, customer, and supplier assessments.
• Lead site quality team and oversee interaction with customers, engineering, and operations.
