Job summary

Eaton in Jackson, MS is seeking a Senior Program Manager within the Fuel & Motion Control Systems division of its Aerospace sector. You will lead Platform, Site or Business Unit programs and IPTs to drive customer satisfaction and program financial performance.

This role manages New Product Development programs, budgets, and cross-site coordination, with responsibility for risk, schedule, cost and quality, and direct interface with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Program Management or mixed roles.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• ITAR-compliance role requiring a U.S. person.

Responsibilities

• Lead Profit and Loss for NPD programs and projects with accountability for scope, cost, schedule and quality.
• Champion IPT leadership across the program and drive cross-site collaboration.
• Implement program management processes at site, BU or division levels.
• Coordinate PM reviews and publish PM metrics and reports.
• Interface with customers to improve responsiveness and manage expectations.
• Develop and execute program plans and risk management across projects.
