Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s IS AER FMC division is seeking a Program Manager II for the Los Angeles, CA site. The role involves leading the NPD programs, managing IPTs, and driving customer satisfaction and program financial performance.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, contract management, and cross-site leadership. The position is onsite in Los Angeles with travel requirements and ITAR considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Program Management or related area.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; ITAR compliance.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead Profit and Loss for NPD programs and projects with accountability for scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Champion IPT leadership across the program.
• Implement site/program management processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and resolve issues; coach teams on performance indicators.
• Interface with customers; manage expectations and contractual commitments.
• Manage PM reviews, publish PM metrics and status reports.
• Maintain earned value, quality, technical performance, and delivery metrics across PROLaunch phases.
• Coordinate risks and requirements into an integrated program.
• Manage contracts, pricing and terms; develop pricing strategies.
• Provide updates to executives on program status and milestones.
