Job summary

ADDMAN in Statesville, NC seeks a Program Manager to oversee aerospace/defense programs from award to delivery. The role requires heavy collaboration across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to meet demanding requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including ITAR compliance.

The candidate will lead RFQ/RFP responses, manage scope changes, and drive continuous improvement while reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program and/or project management.
• Experience with Aerospace component development, transition into production, and entry into service.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, active clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from contract award through delivery and provide liaison to customers and internal teams.
• Build trusted customer relationships and maintain frequent contact and in-person visits.
• Monitor cost, schedule and performance to technical and quality specifications.
