Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering LLC in Statesville, NC is seeking a Program Manager to act as primary liaison for aerospace/defense programs, overseeing all phases from award to delivery.

You will collaborate across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to meet demanding requirements, ensure technical excellence, and drive continuous improvement, while navigating ITAR and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or precision manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across internal and external customers.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (U.S. Person) preferred.
• Knowledge of CAD is a plus.
• PMP Certification and Six Sigma/Lean Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from contract award through delivery.
• Develop plans, schedules, and budgets with limited oversight.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
• Manage scope changes and RFQ/RFP responses.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance against specs.
