Job summary

ADDMAN Polymer is seeking a Junior Program Manager to support the execution of programs across Commercial Space,Aerospace & Defense, medical, and high-end industrial markets. You will work under senior leadership to coordinate activities from contract award through delivery, helping ensure performance on cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or manufacturing environment.
• Internship or co-op experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AS9100 or regulated environments is beneficial but not required.
• PMP certification not required; interest in pursuing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in day-to-day execution of assigned programs.
• Coordinate program schedules, deliverables, and internal resources.
• Help maintain strong communication with customers, including status updates and follow-ups.
• Track program performance metrics such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost.
• Support contract administration activities, including scope tracking and change management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Assist in identifying risks and support mitigation planning.
• Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and customer-facing updates.
• Participate in program reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation within ERP/MRP and program management systems.
