Job summary

ADDMAN Advanced Metals in Statesville, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own and improve manufacturing processes, drive AS9100 compliance, and support production scheduling to meet monthly goals. Qualifications

• +10 years of manufacturing experience in quality/technical role.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities to exceed customer expectations.
• Computer aptitude (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the safe working environment on the shop floor and its surrounding areas.
• Develop manufacturing reporting processes, lead integration of manufacturing processes into ERP and MES systems.
• Assess manufacturing requirements of incoming opportunities and provide feedback on cost and feasibility of inspection/limits.
• Mentor and become an engineering technical resource for the organization.
