Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order or project management within Additive manufacturing, precision machining, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer point of contact for all assigned orders, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Perform order entry and performance tracking to achieve customer quality and delivery objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to manage production schedules and resolve challenges.
• Ensure adherence to ADDMAN's order management processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare and present order status reports to leadership and customers.
• Support Program Management to develop and report on key program metrics (on-time delivery, margin, quality).
