Job summary

ADDMAN’s Wright City, MO facility seeks a Program Coordinator to serve as the primary customer and internal liaison for aerospace and defense orders. You will support all phases of order execution—from PO award through delivery—ensuring customer satisfaction and technical excellence in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• + 2+ years of experience in order or project management within additive manufacturing, precision machining, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.
• + Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and ITAR compliance.
• + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer point of contact for all assigned orders, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.
• Perform order entry and performance tracking to achieve customer quality and delivery objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to manage production schedules and resolve challenges.
• Ensure adherence to ADDMAN’s order management processes, maintaining accurate and timely order documentation.
• Prepare and present order status reports to leadership and customers.
• Support Program Management to develop, maintain, and report on key program metrics (on-time delivery, margin, quality performance, etc.).
