Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in project coordination or program management.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in day-to-day execution of assigned programs.
• Coordinate program schedules, deliverables, and internal resources.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, including status updates.
• Track program performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality, cost).
• Assist in contract administration, scope tracking, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Identify risks and support mitigation planning.
• Prepare internal reports and customer-facing updates.
• Participate in program reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
