Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years in production control or scheduling.
• Experience with production planning tools and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed manufacturing production schedules to ensure sequence and lead times align with customer orders and sales forecasts.
• Monitor production operations and expedite activities that are causing schedule delays; proactively adjust and communicate schedule changes to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Analyze plant capacity, production requisition data, and resource availability to determine optimal manufacturing processes and identify bottlenecks or constraints.
• Collaborate cross-functional with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure plans are achievable and aligned with organizational goals.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute accurate production reports and status updates to leadership.
