Qualifications

• CPM scheduling experience with aerospace would be ideal.
• Proficiency reading technical documents including blueprints and schematics.
• Experience using CPM to manage complex production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develops the production schedule and manufacturing plan based on program schedule and resource availability.
• Identifies schedule risks and communicates status to leadership before milestones.
• Maintains schedule baseline integrity and manages change control for schedule revisions.
• Manages production schedules for multiple programs across platforms.
• Provides detailed information to align scheduled dates with shop floor capacity.
• Mentors and develops junior planners to raise overall scheduling proficiency.
