Required: BS degree in a related field, 3+ years in production control, strong ERP (SAP/Oracle) and Excel skills, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in production control, scheduling, or operations in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis in Excel.
• Willing to move and track hardware on the production floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed production schedules and workflows to meet forecasts or orders.
• Expedite operations delaying schedules and adjust plans for unforeseen conditions.
• Analyze plant capacity and resource data to determine optimal processes and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Prepare and distribute production reports, metrics, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide estimating support for production timelines, resources, and capacity planning.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production control processes.
