Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior MRB leader for the Air Dominance and Strike Aerostructures Engineering Team. You will lead a group of MRB engineers driving non-conformance disposition, repair strategies, and production release for Group 5 air vehicles, ensuring schedule, quality, and airworthiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years in aerospace structural analysis/design or liaison engineering with MRB/non-conformance disposition experience
• 2+ years leading or managing engineers
• Strong understanding of structural substantiation (static strength, fatigue, damage tolerance)
• Ability to set technical standards and review others' work across analysis and design
• Excellent cross-functional communication — with QA, Manufacturing, PM, and senior leadership
• Eligible to obtain/maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Ability to travel up to 25% to vendors, production sites, and test sites

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of MRB analysis and sustainment design engineers responsible for dispositioning non-conformances and releasing repair solutions for Group 5 air vehicles
• Own the end-to-end health of the MRB system from intake to repair drawing release and production closure
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and establish path to MRB signature/delegated authority
• Set technical standards and review complex dispositions and repair designs
• Partner with QA, Manufacturing Eng, M&P, and Program Management to prioritize work and protect schedule
• Drive RCCA programs to reduce non-conformances, rework, and scrap across production
