RTX invites talented engineers to join the Test Solutions Engineering team. You will design, analyze, prototype, and implement high-reliability mechanical test fixtures and environmental stations supporting weapon systems from development to sustainment.

The role emphasizes precision and collaboration with manufacturing and engineering teams. Requires an advanced STEM degree and proficient CAD skills; familiarity with drawing standards (ASME Y14/ISO) is essential.

Formación

• Advanced STEM degree required by start date.
• Experience with CAD software to create 3D models/assemblies.
• Experience creating/maintaining mechanical drawings per industry standards (ASME Y14/ISO).

Responsabilidades

• Design, analyze, prototype, and implement advanced mechanical test fixtures.
• Develop and maintain environmental test stations across lifecycle stages.
• Create 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using CAD tools.
• Ensure data packages adhere to ASME Y14 or ISO GD&T standards.
• Validate test systems for accuracy, repeatability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues and improve designs.
