Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace manufacturing, NPI, and continuous improvement initiatives in Anaheim, CA. You will drive process development, shop floor support, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery and quality across electromechanical assemblies and PCBs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in an engineering discipline and 3+ years in relevant manufacturing environments, with strong RCA and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with NPI and production launch activities.
• Strong understanding of shop orders, manufacturing routers, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities from prototype through production release.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize shop orders, routers, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Provide manufacturing engineering support for electromechanical assembly and testing operations.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure manufacturability and readiness.
• Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions using RCA methodologies.
• Support production and testing of PCBs, electronic assemblies, and aerospace components.
• Troubleshoot analog and digital electronics issues.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for AC/DC and brushless motor control systems.
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, productivity, cost reduction, and efficiency.
• Participate in design reviews to provide manufacturing feedback.
