Job summary

Heven AeroTech is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to bridge design and production, ensuring manufacturability, cost efficiency, and scalability. The role focuses on evaluating designs, optimizing assembly, and providing hands-on floor support and training to production teams.

With deep expertise in lean methods, CAD/ERP workflows, and NPI project leadership, you will drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality documentation and tooling plans for successful builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years in a manufacturing engineering role in high-mix/low-volume environments.
• Experience with UAS is a plus.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong English communication; US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Bridge design and production to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
• Optimize assembly processes and develop work instructions.
• Provide hands-on support and training to production teams.
• Lead NPI projects and subsystem readiness across product lifecycle.
• Mentor technicians and junior engineers on best practices.
