This is an on‑site role based in Chatsworth, CA, suited for early‑career engineers seeking practical manufacturing exposure. You will work with engineering, production, quality, planning, and supply chain teams to maintain records,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Motivation to learn and grow in aerospace manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite full-time at Chatsworth, CA.
• Assist with manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
• Support engineering documentation including routers, tool lists, and setup sheets.
• Enter and maintain ERP/MRP data (BOMs, routings, production planning).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and lean initiatives.
• Assist with tooling, fixtures, and shop support requests.
• Support quoting and data collection for process reviews.
• Gain exposure to aerospace processes including CNC machining and inspection.
