Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve processes for aerospace-grade components and precision-machined products. You will own projects from concept through launch, including process development, data analysis, fixture and tooling design, CNC support, prototypes, CAPEX, automation, and production start.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and 3+ years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• GD&T, CAD, fixture and tooling design, and CNC machining exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production and statistical data.
• Design fixtures, tooling, and machine improvements.
• Support CNC setup, prototypes, process validation, and launch.
• Update BOMs, routers, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Lead equipment and CAPEX projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
