Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 5+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience designing manufacturing processes and selecting tooling to meet specs.
• Led cross-functional problem-solving and provided production support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply to guide program plan.
• Identify advanced manufacturing tech and improve processes for design support.
• Apply process engineering principles and techniques.
• Develop and guide assembly tooling simulations and configurations.
• Perform trade and cost studies and lead integrated teams.
• Apply knowledge in composites, electricals, machining, sheet metal, or systems.
