Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II for the B-Shift to support on-site manufacturing and test operations across our facilities. You will translate engineering intent into BOMs, craft work instructions, and specify tools and equipment for flight hardware, contributing to safe, reliable space vehicles.

Required are a BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering and 2+ years of engineering experience, plus GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering experience, excluding internships.
• GD&T understanding and ability to apply to design/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering intent into BOMs and work instructions for test, qualification, and flight hardware.
• Identify tools/equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
• Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
• Support new product introductions with manufacturing plan artifacts.
