Blue Origin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II/III/Sr to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for aerospace flight hardware in Titusville, FL. You will translate drawings into manufacturable hardware, select tools, and support production on the shop floor to ensure reliable flight hardware.

The role emphasizes transitioning from development to production, applying GD&T and CAD skills, and collaborating across functions to improve safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience with aerospace manufacturing or related fields is preferred.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and manufacturing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering intent and drawings into hardware ready for test, qualification, and flight by creating manufacturing BOMs and work instructions.
• Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
• Provide shipside/lineside manufacturing floor support.
• Generate, manage, and close NCRs.
• Support introduction of new products with build plans and tool lists.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
