Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking a Machine Shop Manager to oversee daily machining operations and tooling across complex aerospace components. You will manage production planning, tool paths, fixtures, and a multi-shift team to achieve uninterrupted output.

Experience with high-efficiency tool paths, fixture design, and ERP systems like SAP is essential. This onsite role requires US citizenship or permanent residency and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years specialized training after high school or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Minimum 5 years related job experience.
• Familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and provide guidance developing high efficiency tool path methods.
• Plan production scheduling to focus on productivity and timelines.
• Lead a team of up to 25 personnel across multiple shifts.
• Interface with Project Teams to support scheduling requirements and priorities.
