Job summary

Janicki Industries, Inc. in Hamilton, WA, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead production cells and up to 100 personnel across shifts. You will supervise daily production, analyze workforce utilization, and backfill leadership as needed.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3–5 years in a cell manager role, and knowledge of AS9100/NADCAP. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is preferred, and eligibility for security clearance is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, technical engineering degree, or business degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of cell manager experience within Janicki Industries preferred.
• Familiar with AS9100 and NADCAP compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for daily function and execution of production cells.
• Analyze workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow for optimal use of resources.
• Backfill for Operations Director and Cell Managers during vacations.
• Monitor operations key process indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in training and development of new cell managers/leads and cross-training.
• Owns the 5S Standards for the manufacturing organization.
